As gyms are popping up pretty much everywhere you turn, its important to know that the training you receive is effective and SAFE!
Week after week, I see people in my clinic that can lift ridiculously heavy weight, but, are unable to perform low threshold contractions of their stabilising muscle groups. This will all lead to compensatory movements, imbalances and ultimately pain.
For that reason myself and Andy have decided to run a free workshop, covering common mistakes made on the squat and why you may be experiencing pain. This will be the first of many workshops we aim to showcase. We hope to see you there!
