The time spent on the day centred around technique, injury prevention and educational aspects, explaining how everybody squats differently. Ensuring attendees do not fall victim to the cookie cutter approach implemented by some.
This approach sees many people believing that there squat technique is inadequate and can leave them in pain. Hitting a plateau is very frustrating, leaving a sense of inability to achieve your desired goals and unable to access your full potential can, unfortunately, see people giving up on their health targets.
As mentioned this will be the start of many workshops that we hope will encourage people to try different technique’s ensuring you train pain free, within your own limits, progressively with results.
